OVERVIEW
The California Families Project has been going strong for over 16 years now, and participation in the study continues to be high. We truly appreciate all the sacrifice CFP families make to help make this project a continued success.
The information we collect from you and other participants is being used by researchers at UC Davis and around the world to study the family, school, community, and individual characteristics that promote the health and well-being of Mexican-origin youth and their families.
The knowledge gained from the CFP has been described in over 80 research publications, including articles and books read by marriage and family therapists, drug and alcohol experts, mental health practitioners, school counselors, and a wide range of other practitioners and researchers.
